Service Description: Scanning of B&W or color originals at various resolutions into multiple file formats (TIFF, PDF, JPEG, etc.)  Images can be loaded for viewing/indexing into legal software packages with imaging capabilities.  We have the ability to scan to most of the major Litigation Imaging Software systems such as Summation, and Trial Director.

Price will include: Per page scanning cost and hard copy printing/CD creation.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

We can OCR your scanned documents to allow for searching capabilities.  You can easily search within Adobe Acrobat for the important keywords you are looking for.

Bates Labeling

We offer both hand bates labeling and electronic bates labeling.  We can utilize a "pre-fix" of your choice.  IE: JONES00001.  We can hand bates actual hard copy documents or simply scan and electronically bates label.

Color Copying

We offer full color digital color copying from hard copies or a CD.  We can also copy large format color copying up to 36x48 in size.

Briefs/Court Filings

We offer copying, binding, and filing services for both the court of Appeals and Supreme courts. Simply hand us the attorney signed original and we will quickly copy, bind, file, and deliver the "stamped" conformed copies back to your office usually within a matter of hours.

Trial Boards/Presentations

We can create trial boards and presentation boards.  Simply give us your original and we will blow it up and mount it on a foam core board.  The standard sizes are 24x36, 30x40, and 36x48.

File Type Conversion

We can convert file formats to more universal formats.  This comes in handy when you receive a CD containing all sorts of file types.  We can convert them into one universal format for viewing and/or printing such as PDF format.

Document Coding

We offer both objective and subjective document coding services.   This is commonly done by author and/or document type.

Audio/Video Duplication

We can duplicate VHS, Audio Cassettes, and DVD's.  We can also to format transfers IE: Audio to CD, and VHS to DVD.

X-Ray Duplication

We offer x-ray duplication services (film to film)
